Registered ICA
We are registered with the ICA - Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario - as a packing plant and exporting, which obliges us to comply with the sanitary and phytosanitary measures issued by this inspection body. We also have the advice, inspection, monitoring and permanent control of its officials to facilitate and ensure the quality of our processes and products.
Currently we are authorized to export to Argentina, the United States, Japan, Panama, Canada and the member countries of the European Union.

Certified GLOBALG.A.P.
We have the GLOBALG.A.P CoC v5.0 certification granted by Kiwa BCS Öko-Garantie. GLOBALG.A.P. is the global standard of greater acceptance for the implementation of Good Agricultural Practices that tends for a sustainable and safe agricultural production, this certification forces us to meet strict parameters that guarantee the innocuousness and sustainability of our processes and products.

Certified BASC
We are in the process of implementation to obtain BASC certification - Business Alliance for Secure Commerce -. This is an international business alliance that promotes safe trade in cooperation with governments and international organizations. This certification obliges us to implement control and prevention mechanisms in all production, packing, transport and shipping processes that guarantee the non-contamination (drugs and contraband) of our products at any stage until they reach their final destination.

Members of CORPOHASS
We are members of the Corporation of Producers and Exporters of Hass Avocado from Colombia - CORPOHASS - Organization that acts as an interlocutor of the Colombian avocado guild before public and private, national and international organizations, to channel the needs, perspectives, challenges and projects of our industry . Currently, Corpohass and the ICA act as guarantors of compliance with the regulations required for exports to the United States.

In the implementation phase
At Hass Diamond Company and our producer farms we are currently working on the implementation and certification of the Rainforest and Smeta standards; and additionally in the implementation of the FSPCA Food Safety Plan - Preventive Food Controls for Humans for export to the United States.
